These Terms constitute a mandatory agreement governing all SaaS utilities, API queries, and micro-payment triggers on Echonize. By accessing or using the platform you accept these Terms in full.

A strict limit of 2 free AI audits per IP address / domain per 24 hours applies. Competitor entries are hard-capped at 2 per submission. Circumvention of these limits via VPNs, proxies, or automated scripts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of access.

The ₹1 payment is a non-refundable administrative verification fee required to unlock additional audits or export PDF reports. It does not constitute a subscription or a guarantee of continued service availability.

All GEO scores, Share of Voice calculations, and sentiment reports are generated via third-party AI models on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Echonize makes no warranties regarding organic ranking guarantees or LLM accuracy, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to the platform.
