Echonize processes the following categories of data when you use the platform: domain submissions, competitor query strings, business email addresses used to contact us at hello@echonize.com, and IP addresses (used for abuse prevention and rate limiting).

IP addresses are collected strictly under Legitimate Uses — namely Fraud Prevention, Prevention of System Abuse, and enforcement of 24-Hour Rate Limiting — pursuant to applicable data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023).

Search and brand prompts are passed to large language model providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen) in an anonymized manner for the sole purpose of generating your visibility audit. No personal data is sold, rented, or otherwise commercialized.

You may request deletion of logged audit history or account data at any time by emailing hello@echonize.com. Requests are actioned within a reasonable period and confirmed by email.
