Refund & Cancellation Policy

Echonize is currently free to use. We do not sell plans, take card or UPI payments, or store payment instruments, so no charges are ever raised and there is nothing to refund or cancel.

Free access is limited to 2 live audits per brand every 24 hours. When that limit is reached, access unlocks automatically after the cooldown, or you can request a manual unlock from within the app.

For any billing-related question or unlock request, email hello@echonize.com. If paid plans are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated before any charge is made.
